Thanks for your question. Unfortunately, I think the bag is a fake. Two big problems:no serial numbers listed on the large flap inside of the bag and the use of Velcro. I’m a big Gucci collector and I’ve never seen Velcro used as a closure in an authentic Gucci bag. If you can return the handbag, please do it now!
